Our newly finished apartments fulfill every possible demand – different sizes meet your needs. No matter if studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom or the penthouse – all units come fully equipped to the highest standards – including high-speed internet for great connectivity.
Organic Food Delivery

Our network of local farmers and producers provide a great selection of fruits and vegetables, domestically produced eggs, the famous local smoked „Prsut“, the honey and also amazing natural wines, such as the „Vranac“ and spirits, „Rakija“. Optionally we can arrange weekly home delivery of fresh, seasonal food.

Montenegro is adventure. Untouched, not-urbanised, beautiful adventure – where else can you imagine swimming in the sea in the morning and skiing a slope only 3 hours later. We want you to focus on what´s important to you. While cleaning and doing laundry can be meditation, we believe there are nicer places to sit and breathe. Our apartments offer regular cleaning and laundry services. Our team cleans the flat, replaces sheets, towels, sets the dishwasher and takes out the trash – depending on your needs once or twice a week.
Spa & Gym Access
Our rooftop gym, sauna and steambath will be finished by 2024. Until then we have set up a partnership with Splendid Hotels & Resort – a 5* hotel in 5-minute walking distance – providing our guests access to the luxurious hotel spa area at friendly rates. Our team will help you set up a plan according to your needs.
Taxi & Car Rental
Montenegros cabs, depending on season, can fluctuate a lot in price, depending on who you call. We want our guests to have a perfect experience every day – so we set up a DNL Taxi service with englisch-speaking drivers that guarantee the local best-price.
